My favorite pizza in the whole world is called Mac’s Lobster Pizza which is from Mac’s Restaurant on the island of Bequia in the Grenadines in the Caribbean. I made one of my own a couple nights ago in my wood burning oven and it lived up to my dream pizza. I am going to figure out how to make it in an oven as well as a super hot wood burning oven and then I will post it. I will try to figure it out soon!
